Richard Laar serves as the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Expert at AP GHANSAH ENGINEERING. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Energy and Natural Resources and has developed specialized skills in HVAC systems, electrical layouts, and mechanical services design for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

His portfolio includes contributions to major projects such as HVAC design plans for the Ghana Armed Forces central band unit offices and accommodation at Burma Camp, Accra (2025), and participation in the architectural design team for the proposed Embassy of Ivory Coast in Cantonments, Accra (2025).

Proficient in industry-leading tools such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Civil3D, ProtaStructures, SketchUp, and HVAC-specific applications like SAMSUNG DVM Pro 2.0, Richard brings a strong technical edge to AP GHANSAH ENGINEERING. He is also a trainee member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE) and a registered member of the International Association of Engineers.
