Edmund Elikplim Kpoglí is an Electrical Engineer and Executive Deputy at AP Ghansah

Bachelor of Technology and a Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
from Accra Technical University, graduating with Second Class Upper Honours.
His professional background spans industrial maintenance, electrical installations, sustainability
initiatives, and technical supervision. At Dignity DTRT Apparel, he was actively involved in
power monitoring, electrical load calculations, maintenance planning, and performance analysis.
He also supervised a solar energy project, ensuring contractor compliance and timely execution.
His earlier experience at Kinapharma Pharmaceuticals Limited strengthened his technical
troubleshooting abilities, machinery diagnostics skills, and commitment to operational precision.
In addition to his engineering expertise, Edmund has demonstrated leadership and
communication capabilities through his role with Maintenance and Sustainability Africa, where
he coordinated outreach programs and prepared technical reports for regulatory stakeholders.
At AP Ghansah Engineering, he oversees electrical and telecommunication system design and
implementation, including CCTV surveillance systems, electric fencing, automated gates, fire
alarm installations, networking infrastructure, and access control systems. He is responsible for
electrical load analysis, system planning, technical documentation, and on-site supervision. As
Executive Deputy, he also supports strategic decision-making and project coordination, ensuring
that all technical operations meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
His analytical approach, hands-on experience, and commitment to excellence contribute
significantly to the company’s ability to deliver reliable and high-performing engineering
solutions.
