Asante Jacob Kwabena is the Road Design and Construction Expert at AP GHANSAH ENGINEERING. He is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Energy and Natural Resources with a strong academic background and specialized experience in highway engineering, geotechnical studies, and road construction supervision.

He has also gained valuable industry experience through internships with Ghana Highway Authority (Ashanti Region) and China State Hualong Co. Ltd, ISYAPI Co. Ltd, and Sinohydro Construction Ltd, where he contributed to building construction, structural drawing reviews, façade works, and survey assistance on major road projects. Notably, he supported survey supervision on the Sinohydro road project from Mpasatia to Beposo (10km).

Jacob’s skills extend beyond technical expertise to leadership and team management. As Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Civil Engineering Students’ Association (CESA-UENR), he initiated capacity-building programs such as Microsoft Project tutorials and construction design workshops. His ability to combine technical know-how with leadership makes him an asset to both engineering teams and project stakeholders.

Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, and Microsoft Project, Jacob ensures that every road project he undertakes is guided by precision, innovation, and efficiency. His passion lies in delivering durable, safe, and sustainable road networks that support Ghana’s economic and social growth.
