His competence covers the full digital lifecycle: development, hosting setup, DNS configuration, platform migrations, troubleshooting, optimisation, and long-term maintenance.

Before joining AP Ghansah Engineering, Deladem served as the Assistant Head of IT at Drive Track Limited, where he played a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, training staff, providing technical support, and developing the company’s website and role-based dashboards.
